Job Duties
All New Employees will complete the Child Welfare Core Academy Training Program
identifies possible child abuse or neglect; and gathers sufficient information to make decisions about the alleged abuse or neglect.
Documents and processes reports received at the Hotline in the Child Abuse and Neglect Information System (KIDS); determines if the allegations require an emergency response and notifying district Child Welfare Services (CWS) personnel immediately when an emergency response is necessary
Travel is Occasional - Must possess a valid driver's license and must maintain required car insurance. State vehicles will be available for use to carry out the duties of the position.
